It features a traditional outpatient family medicine setting with optional obstetrics, minimal call schedule (1:8, phone only), and convenient access to lab, X-ray, and pharmacy services. The practice boasts high team engagement scores and a comprehensive compensation package, including a $150,000 bonus package and a two-year income guarantee of $290,000+/year.
Responsibilities
As a member of the MercyOne Regency Family Medicine team, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, manage patient care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also participate in professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school
- Board certified or board eligible
- Adequate communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license

Qualifications
