Family Medicine-Physician - Regency Clinic, Mason City, Iowa- $150,000 bonus!

About the role

MercyOne Regency Family Medicine is a busy practice with immediate volume. It includes three physicians and four Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP’s).

Shift Description

Traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics practice. Minimal call—1:8; phone only. Lab, X-Ray, and pharmacy services are available on-site.

Bonuses and Compensation

• $150,000 bonus package
• Two-year income guarantee of $290,000+/year
• Full benefits package including health/dental/vision/disability, generous PTO, employer match retirement options, $4,000 CME credit/year, and paid malpractice and tail coverage
• Up to $15,000 in moving allowance

• Compensation starts day one of employment
• Regional health system covering 15 counties, including MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, eight critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics
• Network service area: approximately 260,000 residents

Candidates

• Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
• H1B & J1 candidates accepted
• PSLF eligible

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school
• Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible
• Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
• Above average communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
