About the role
MercyOne Regency Family Medicine is a busy practice with immediate patient volume. It includes three physicians and four advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs).
Shift Description
- Traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics practice
- Very minimal call - 1:8; phone only
- Laboratory, X-ray, and pharmacy services available on-site
- High team engagement scores
- $150,000 bonus package!
- Highly competitive compensation package - 2-year income guarantee of $290,000+/year + full benefits package, including health/dental/vision/disability, generous PTO package, employer match retirement options, $4,000 CME credit/year, and paid malpractice and tail coverage.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school
- Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible
- Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
