• Newborn to end of life - no OB (OB shared care available with Mason City if interested)
• Minimal Call: 1/9 rotation; phone call only

• Clinic is located inside of the hospital, so convenient access to Lab, x-ray, MRI, CT, pharmacy, ER, etc.
• Affiliate of MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center
• Hospital built in 2014; Ackley clinic built in 2009

Compensation and Benefits

• $200,000 bonus package
• $300,000 base salary + production
• 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
• Annual CME - $6,000
• Health/Dental/Vision/life insurance

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required.
• Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible.
• Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges.
• Above average communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
