Family Medicine - Physician - Clear Lake, Iowa- $150,000 bonus!

About the role

MercyOne Clear Lake Family Medicine is a busy practice with immediate volume. Join a laid-back, collegial team of 4 Physicians and 3 APPs. Traditional outpatient family medicine with optional obstetrics practice. Minimal call—phone only (1/7 rotation).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage a diverse caseload, including obstetric services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
• Conveniently located lab, x-ray, and pharmacy services.
• Receive a $150,000 bonus!
• Competitive compensation package: 2-year guaranteed base-$290,000/year+ production.
• Full benefits package, including health/dental/vision/disability, generous PTO package, $4,000 CME credit/year, and paid malpractice and tail coverage.
• Up to $15,000 in moving allowance.

Requirements

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school.
• Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible.
• Able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges.
• Above average communication skills.
• Able to work with a team.
• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.

Qualifications

• BC/BE must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible.
• H1B candidates accepted.
• PSLF eligible.
