Family Medicine Physician – Full Spectrum

Enjoy a balanced lifestyle while practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine in the lakes-rich Paynesville area of Minnesota. All physicians provide both outpatient and inpatient care, with the option to include emergency and obstetric services based on individual interest and experience, supported by CentraCare outreach resources and a modern critical access hospital and clinic located under one roof.
Qualifications
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
- Preferred: Interest in full-spectrum rural medicine
- Preferred: Comfort with inpatient care; ER and OB experience welcomed
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year. Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity. Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate. May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Schedule
Full-time | Onsite – CentraCare – Paynesville, MN. Day shifts with call rotation. Call rotation of approximately 1:6–1:8, covered in one-week hospitalist/rounding increments.
