CentraCare – Redwood offers high-quality, convenient care close to home in a state-of-the-art facility that combines hospital and clinic services, including a 14-bed Level IV trauma center with a 3-bed OB unit, surgery department performing over 1,000 procedures annually, aquatic therapy pool, and wide-bore MRI complemented by visiting specialists while Home Health and Hospice care extends to a 30-mile radius. Redwood Falls, located along the scenic Minnesota River about 50 miles south of Willmar and 35 miles east of Marshall, offers abundant four-season recreation. The community features Ramsey Park—Minnesota’s largest municipal park—along with trails, an aquatic center, museum, zoo, golf courses, a casino, an annual music festival, strong schools, and a municipal airport.

Schedule

Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Redwood Falls. Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm 4-day work week. OB care optional | C-section optional | No required ED coverage. Call 1:5.

Pay

Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year. Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity. Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate. May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
