The Sauk Centre campus features a Level IV trauma center and critical access hospital, family medicine clinic and wellness center, 16 inpatient rooms, 26 clinic exam rooms, 12 outreach rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, 2 operating suites, and an emergency department with 2 trauma bays, lab, pharmacy, and advanced imaging with MRI and 3D mammography. Adjacent to the medical campus are a 60‑bed long‑term care facility and a 30‑unit senior living building. Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, complemented by visiting specialists and tele‑stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital. The Sauk Centre community is family‑friendly, with excellent schools, four‑season recreation, a lively downtown, parks, golf courses, trails, lakes, and the historic hometown of Nobel Prize‑winning author Sinclair Lewis. This position is eligible for hiring incentives including a sign‑on bonus, CME allowance, and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, emergency room, and optional obstetrics services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital.
• Utilize strong system resources from CentraCare to deliver high‑quality care.
• Participate in ER call and optional C‑section coverage as outlined in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Board‑eligible/Board‑certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure.

Pay

Salary range: $260,000 – $500,000 per year (based on 1.0 FTE). Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity. Reduced FTE results in a prorated offer rate. Additional pay may be available through bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.

Schedule

• Full‑time, 1.0 FTE, onsite at CentraCare – Sauk Centre.
• Days (Day/Evening) – 8‑hour shifts, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
• ER call: 1:5.
• Optional C‑section opportunities with 1:4 call.
