Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services in an outpatient setting
• Manage referrals originating from the emergency room
• Collaborate with and mentor advanced practitioners

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license
• DEA license

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time options available
• Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in 70 days
