About the role
Primary Care Physician delivering equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care within local clinics
- Oversee primary care services and prescribe medications
- Maintain Electronic Medical Records
- Collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals
- Work with practice managers to lead care teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) graduate
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
- US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications
- Geriatrics fellowship
- Experience with older populations
- Experience with value-based care
- Experience in outpatient primary care
- Bilingual in Spanish
Schedule
Full-time role with approximately 40 hours weekly.
