Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution (or ECFMG certified)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency (or in final year)
• Board certified in Family Medicine (or in final year)
• U.S. Citizenship
• Up to age 57 (Title 10 U.S. Code sections 531 and 532)
