Outpatient primary care clinic focusing on senior population and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small patient panel
- See 15–18 patients daily
- Provide relationship-driven, team-based care in a supportive environment
- Deliver high-quality care with minimal call responsibilities
- Work Monday to Friday, 8–5, with no nights or weekends
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong patient care skills
- Ability to focus on quality outcomes
- Experience with senior care preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary between $260K–$275K, with up to 20% bonus potential (total earning up to $300K)
- Small patient panel allows more time per patient
