Family Medicine Physician

Role: Family Medicine Physician serving as an active-duty medical officer in the U.S. Navy. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care to service members and their families, including preventive screenings and chronic disease management, supporting overall force health and readiness. Compensation & Benefits: Starting annual salary between $239,883 and $291,461, with a $400,000 accession bonus, $43,000 annual specialty incentive pay, $8,000 board certification pay, CME allowance, 30 days PTO, retirement, full tuition benefits, and more. Work Environment: Practice in state-of-the-art facilities without billing responsibilities, with options for free or subsidized housing, and support staff assistance. Location: Practice locations across various states including California, Illinois, Washington, Florida, and others. Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited institution, completion of or final-year residency in an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine program, board certification or certification in progress, U.S. citizenship, and age up to 57.
