About the role
Join a well-established primary care practice providing comprehensive family medicine services. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will conduct patient evaluations, manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals. You will also deliver preventive care, health education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
