About the role

Join a well-established primary care practice providing comprehensive family medicine services as an Advanced Practitioner. You will conduct patient evaluations, manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals. Responsibilities include preventive care, health maintenance, patient education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Current CPR certification
