Qualifications
- Active NY State license and registration as an NP or PA
- For PAs: graduation from an accredited program and certification by NCCPA
- For NPs: graduation from an approved nurse practitioner program and certification by AANPCB or ANCC
- Experience in ambulatory care preferred
- Current CPR certification
