About the role
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for outpatient primary care in a school-based clinic in San Diego, CA. The clinician will work part-time, two days a week, with no call responsibilities and on-site medical assistant support to ensure efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to students and families
- Manage a caseload of 5-8 patients daily
- Perform general primary care assessments and treatments
- Prescribe medications as authorized
- Work collaboratively with support staff
- Deliver quality care within a structured outpatient setting
Requirements
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Prescriptive authority
- Comfortable working in a school-based environment
Schedule
Part-time, two days a week.
