About the Role

This outpatient clinic-based position involves providing primary care services to adult male patients in a transitional shelter setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general family medicine evaluations and management for approximately 10 patients daily.
• Work solo with support from an LPN during day shifts.
• Prescribe medications and manage primary care conditions within the scope of practice.

Schedule

Primarily two 10-hour shifts per week, including Wednesdays.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification is negotiable.
• Ability to handle a caseload of around 10 patients per day.
• Proficiency in prescriptive authority and primary care procedures.
