About the Role

This outpatient primary care clinician provides services at a school-based clinic in San Diego, California, working two days per week with a caseload of 5-8 patients daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services to patients of all ages within the school setting.
• Manage patient cases independently, including prescriptive authority.
• Collaborate with on-site medical assistants to facilitate clinical workflows.
• Provide general outpatient care, addressing diverse health needs of students and their families.
• Work on-site at a school-based clinic in San Diego.
• Manage a moderate patient volume within scheduled hours.
• Provide comprehensive primary care services without call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Board certification is required.
• Ability to prescribe medications.
• Experience in outpatient primary care.
