About the role

This is not traditional telemedicine. Physicians provide longitudinal primary care as part of integrated health system networks, maintaining continuity of care, access to specialists, referrals, and Epic-based medical records.

Responsibilities

• Partner with nationally recognized health systems
• Maintain longitudinal patient relationships, not transactional care
• Utilize AI-powered technology that reduces administrative burden
• Work within Epic-integrated workflows
• Spend more time focused on patient care and less time on administrative tasks

Requirements

• Active licensure in Minnesota (MN)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Passion for patient-centered, technology-enabled care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
