Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active unrestricted medical license
- Multiple active state licenses and Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility are strongly preferred
- Active licensure in New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, or Minnesota
- Passion for patient-centered care and innovative healthcare delivery
Pay
$250,000.00 - $310,000.00
