About the Role

The Department of Family Medicine is one of 11 clinical departments at East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine and is a nationally recognized leader in Family Medicine education.

Responsibilities

Provides patient care in an ambulatory geriatric clinic, inpatient setting, and in a continuing care retirement community with skilled care beds. Mentors and supervises geriatric fellows, residents, medical students, and other learners. Develops administrative and scholarly skills.

Requirements

Board-certified Family Medicine Physician with additional qualifications in geriatrics. Additional training in palliative care is preferred.
