The Family Medicine Associate Program Director at our independent physician-led hospital in North Carolina is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the program, ensuring high-quality education and training for residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Family Medicine Associate Program
- Develop and implement educational curricula for residents
- Evaluate and mentor residents to ensure they meet program standards
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with medical education regulations and accreditation standards
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- At least 3 years of experience in family medicine residency training
- Experience in program administration and supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
