About the role

The Family Medicine Associate Program Director at our independent physician-led hospital in North Carolina is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the program, ensuring high-quality education and training for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Family Medicine Associate Program
  • Develop and implement educational curricula for residents
  • Evaluate and mentor residents to ensure they meet program standards
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to provide comprehensive care
  • Ensure compliance with medical education regulations and accreditation standards

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in family medicine residency training
  • Experience in program administration and supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
