About the role

The successful candidate will lead the family medicine residency program, overseeing curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative educational programs for medical students.
  • Mentor residents in clinical skills and professional development.
  • Collaborate with faculty to enhance the residency program’s accreditation status.
  • Oversee the recruitment and retention of high-quality faculty members.

Requirements

  • MD/DO degree with current medical license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a residency program or equivalent.
  • Experience in curriculum development and faculty management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring medical students.
