About the Role

Permanent, full-time Family Medicine position in a rural Northern California Federally Qualified Health Center / Indian Health affiliate. The group seeks a provider who can see patients of all ages and is Board eligible in Family Medicine for credentialing. This is a 100% outpatient setting with no after-hours calls or weekend work.

Located in the Mendocino National Forest, the practice is 3.5 hours from San Francisco and 2.5 hours from Santa Rosa. The group is known for its warm, family-like work environment and welcomes physicians who share their mission to make a real difference in a rural community.

Providers typically spend up to one hour with each patient, focusing on quality over quantity. Daily patient volumes range between 8 and 16, depending on the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Utilize RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) as the EMR.

Requirements

• Board eligibility in Family Medicine (required for credentialing).
• Interest in living and working in a rural area.
• Relocation required.

Pay

Employed position paying up to $145/hour, with total compensation negotiable (up to $300,000+ depending on experience).

Schedule
