About the Role
Employed Primary Care opportunity in a Community Health Center setting, located 1 hour from Fresno. This 100% outpatient position is open to Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians. There is an optional opportunity to perform hospital rounding at a local facility to maintain inpatient skills, with the physician retaining a percentage of the collections.
J-1 visa applicants are encouraged to apply; visas are processed through HHS without state 30-limit or cap restrictions.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with one weekend day shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month.
Pay
Base salary range: $325,000 – $426,000. Production bonus for any patients seen over 20 in a day. Loan repayment through the NHSC is available (HPSA score of 19).
Responsibilities
- See 20-25 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
- Option to supervise mid-level providers (desired but not required).

Yosemite National Park is 90 minutes from the practice.
