About the Role
Federally Qualified Health Center in Northern California seeks a BC/BE Internist or Family Practitioner to join their outpatient-only team. Providers typically work 4 days per week, seeing 16-18 patients per day, with no call responsibilities.
The group operates 3 medical clinics within 30 minutes of each other, and most providers rotate through two sites. The EMR system is Athena Practice, with Epic implementation planned for 2027.
This is a non-profit FQHC and NHSC-eligible site for loan repayment. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), multiple loan repayment options are available through HCAI and other agencies.
Pay
Base salary: $275,000 – $305,000 for MD/DO.
Sign-on bonus: $100,000 for MD/DO.
Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Location
Located 30 minutes from Redding, just under 2 hours from Chico and Susanville, and 3½ hours from the Pacific coast.
Domestic airport available in Redding with direct flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Denver. International airport offered in Sacramento (2½-hour drive).
