About the role

Primary care provider needed for a permanent/full-time position in a multi-specialty group setting. The group is considering 2026 residency graduates. This is a rural health clinic setting with a service area of 45,000+.

Practice setting

• Group has 8 physicians, 2 podiatrists, and 7 APPs
• 100% outpatient position with no inpatient work required
• Rural Health Clinic within a brand-new state-of-the-art building including all new equipment and clinical laboratory on-site
• Located 1 hour from Modesto, CA and 1 hour and 20 minutes from San Jose, CA
• Athena EMR

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Qualifications

• Can be trained in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
• Must be BE/BC
• Fellowship Skill: Outpatient

Compensation

• Salary – $300,000 guaranteed
• Incentive pay based on daily patient volumes
• Signing bonus of $25,000
• Relocation of $10,000
