About the role

Federally qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Palm Springs, CA area. A 501(C)3 non-profit organization with 26 total clinics in 13 locations in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• See up to 3-4 patients per hour on average
• Work 5 days per week (8-hour shifts)
• Perform quality measures to qualify for quarterly bonuses
• Participate in loan forgiveness programs through 501(C)3 organization

Requirements

• California license required
• Board eligible or board certified
• No visa sponsorship available

Qualifications

• Outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred
• Experience with quality measures and patient encounter data analysis

Base salary range: $298,000 - $328,000
