The Role

Represent clients in family law matters from initial consultation through resolution, providing strategic legal guidance tailored to each case.
Handle a full caseload of South Carolina family law matters (divorce, custody, support, etc.).
Appear confidently in court and manage cases independently.
Advocate for clients during hearings, mediations, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings with confidence and care.
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients to explain legal options, case developments, and recommended next steps.
Prepare pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents with accuracy, close attention, and strong legal reasoning.
Collaborate with experienced support staff including paralegal, intake, and operations teams.
Serve as the lead attorney in the Greenville office.
