Experienced Family Law Attorney Opportunity with a high-impact Texas practice. Based in Midland with two offices across the state, this boutique firm delivers sophisticated representation in family law, business law, oil & gas matters, estate planning, probate, and related practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle divorce, child custody, child support, and related family law matters
• Provide aggressive advocacy combined with compassionate client service
• Ensure personalized attention and direct access to experienced attorneys
• Represent clients in courtroom proceedings, negotiations, and mediations
• Maintain responsiveness and results-driven representation

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar admission or eligibility for admission
• 7–12+ years of Family Law Attorney experience
