About the role

This is an opportunity for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a high-impact Texas boutique law firm with offices in Midland and a second location. The role focuses on sophisticated family law representation, including divorce, child custody, child support, and related matters, alongside exposure to business law, oil & gas, estate planning, and probate.

Responsibilities

• Provide aggressive yet compassionate advocacy in family law cases
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and courtroom appearances
• Offer direct client counseling and personalized legal representation
• Collaborate with a team delivering excellence across multiple practice areas

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity
• 7–12+ years of Family Law Attorney experience
• Proven track record handling divorce, child custody, and child support matters
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, mediation, and client counseling skills
