This role handles a manageable caseload, participates in hearings and trials, drafts pleadings, interfaces directly with clients, and plays an important role in achieving meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities
- Manage and drive your own caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court with professionalism and urgency.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide excellent service and strategic case support.
- Maintain a minimum of 100 billable hours per month to access quarterly bonus incentives.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and highly responsive client experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of family law experience required
- Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Trial exposure (first or second chair); strong courtroom presence
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
- Empathy, resilience, and a client-centered mindset
- Team player who values collaboration and humility
- Highly responsive communicator

Pay
Salary Range: $125,000 – $175,000 / Year DOE
