Responsibilities
- Work closely with youth and families referred by DCP&P
- Provide evidence-based interventions within the home and/or community based on the Youth Villages Intercept model
- Conduct assessments to determine needs and strengths of the family and youth
- Perform safety evaluations
- Develop and implement service plans
- Coordinate ongoing sessions with families and youth
- May require client transportation using company car
- Participate in required trainings and team meetings
- Undergo one-on-one supervision
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in social services with at least one year of experience in counseling or case management required
- Must have personal vehicle for some community work
- Willingness to work evenings, as needed
