Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field is required, along with at least one (1) year of experience working with children and families.
- Prior experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Experience working with at-risk youth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; EHR systems knowledge is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with home visits and have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
