Family Intervention Specialist

About the role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring for multiple full time and part time positions to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems.

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support to help families achieve stability.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle are required
• Ability to pass all required background clearances is required
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening is required
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends is required

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
