Family Advocacy Case Manager

About the role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems
• Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Passionate about Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Social Work.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience working with families and community resources

$39,000 - $45,000/yearly
