About the role

As a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will analyze manufacturing capacity, utilization, yield, line efficiency and cost per case in keeping with forward demand. You will have the opportunity to work on-site at some of our manufacturing plants as well as in our Headquarters office to finalize productivity projects for 2027 to promote to Gate-1. You will also provide support for site-level and team analytics for developing productivity project pipeline for 2027. This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.

Schedule

The position offers flexibility to be located in Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX. The KDP 2027 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 12 – December 10, 2027. Full-time; 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Hybrid. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete problem definition and root cause and counter measure creation (with on-site visits as needed)
  • Manufacturing execution and financial analysis
  • Problem articulation and presentation
  • Productivity analysis and meetings to align stakeholders

  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Complete professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Pay

$31.00/hour, paid bi-weekly. $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, or another Manufacturing-related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Tableau, Power BI, and SAP experience is preferred
