Winter 2027 Co-op – Manufacturing Supply Chain Productivity
Job Overview
As a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will analyze manufacturing capacity, utilization, yield, line efficiency, and cost per case in alignment with forward demand. You will work on-site at manufacturing plants and in HQ offices to finalize productivity projects for 2027, promoting to Gate-1. You will also support site-level and team analytics for developing productivity project pipelines for 2027. This role is aligned with the Beverage Operating Unit.
Shift/Schedule
The position offers flexibility to be located in Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX. The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program runs from January 4 – May 21, 2027. Full-time; 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm. Hybrid; up to 25% travel may be required.
As a Manufacturing Supply Chain Productivity Co-op You Will:
- Complete problem definition and root cause and countermeasure creation (with on-site visits as needed)
- Manufacturing execution and financial analysis
- Problem articulation and presentation
- Productivity analysis and meetings to align stakeholders

Total Rewards
- $31.00/hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, or another Manufacturing-related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP experience is preferred
