Winter 2027 Co-op position based at the Keurig Dr Pepper Essex, VT site, focused on leading cross-functional teams to coordinate Hot Beverage Initiative processes for Keurig Dr Pepper beverages.

About the role

As a Supply Chain Initiatives Co-op, you will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating and ensuring timeline deliverables and strategic objectives are met. This role involves working with internal business partners to drive full alignment of project scope and timeline, ensuring successful service across stakeholders. You will also share responsibility for developing, maintaining, and improving formal project management methods and tools across the company. This position is aligned with the Coffee Operating Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and timing needed to support commercialization of new products across different platforms.
  • Document step-by-step processes.
  • Create cross-functional RACIs (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Co-op Program Elements

  • Engage and partner on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Receive mentor support for professional development.
  • Participate in meet-and-greets and lunch-and-learns with KDP executives and organizational leaders.
  • Receive professional development training, including networking, skills development, and presentation skills.
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it, along with your takeaways, to your team, department, and senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must be work-authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.

Schedule

  • Program runs from January 4th to May 21st, 2027.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
  • Hybrid schedule (Tuesday–Thursday in office).

Pay

  • $31.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid within the first 30 days of employment.
