About the role

The Warner Music Group (WMG) is seeking talented individuals to join its Emerging Talent Associate Program as an Emerging Talent Associate (ETA). This paid internship program offers hands-on experience in the music industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic meetings
• Solve key business issues
• Offer ideas and perspectives to support WMG's global success
• Engage in professional development workshops
• Access to industry insights and capstone projects

Program Details

• Application Deadline: Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:59pm
• Program Duration: Options available from August 31, 2026 - November 6, 2026, September 8, 2026 - November 13, 2026, or September 14, 2026 - November 20, 2026
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20-25 hours per week (varies based on department)
• Internship Credit: Available for students seeking academic credit

A Little Bit About You

• At least 18 years of age by August 31, 2026
• Located within the United States for the duration of the program
• Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city
• A self-starter attitude with a genuine curiosity for our business
• Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week

• Knowledge of and passion for the different business units that make up WMG
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry
• Leadership experience on or off campus
