About the role

The Warner Music Group (WMG) is seeking talented individuals to join its Emerging Talent Associate Program as an Emerging Talent Associate (ETA). This paid internship program offers hands-on experience in the music industry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic meetings
• Solve key business issues
• Offer ideas and perspectives to support WMG's global success
• Engage in developmental activities such as Professional Development Workshops, Industry Insights, and the Capstone Project

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age by August 31, 2026
• Likely to be located within the United States for the duration of the program
• Must have access to housing and transportation within the designated city
• A self-starter with a genuine curiosity for the business
• Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week

Placement Opportunities

• Business & Legal Affairs (reserved for individuals actively pursuing a law degree)
• Creative placements require submission of a creative portfolio
• Departments include A&R, Marketing/Product Management, Creative, Digital, Executive, International, Legal & Business Affairs, Press & Media Strategy, Promotion, Sales & Streaming, and more

• Internship Credit is provided for students seeking academic credit
• Salary Range: $17.00 to $18.42 hourly
