About the role
The Emerging Talent Associate Program is a paid internship designed to provide individuals with hands-on experience in the music industry. This program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside professionals in various departments of Warner Music Group.
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic meetings and help solve key business issues.
- Offer ideas and perspectives to support WMG's global success.
- Engage in developmental activities such as Professional Development Workshops and Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- At least 18 years old by August 31, 2026.
- Reside within the United States for the duration of the program.
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city.
- Be a self-starter with a genuine curiosity for the music industry.
- Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Professional goals aligned with Warner Music Group's core values and business objectives.
- Knowledge of and passion for the different business units that make up WMG.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- A strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry.
- Leadership experience on or off campus.

Schedule
The program runs for three options:
- August 31, 2026 - November 6, 2026
- September 8, 2026 - November 13, 2026
- September 14, 2026 - November 20, 2026
Pay
The hourly salary range is $17.00 to $18.42, depending on various factors including work experience and business needs.
