Fall 2026 WMG Emerging Talent Associate Program (Global Catalog)

About the role

The Warner Music Group (WMG) is seeking talented individuals to join its Emerging Talent Associate Program (ETA) as an Emerging Talent Associate (ETA). This paid internship program offers hands-on experience in the music industry, providing opportunities to apply skills and gain insights into various departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic meetings and help solve key business issues
• Offer ideas and perspectives to support WMG's global success
• Engage in developmental activities such as Professional Development Workshops, Industry Insights, and the Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old by August 31, 2026
• Reside within the United States for the duration of the program
• Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city
• Display a self-starter attitude and genuine curiosity for the business
• Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Professional goals aligned with WMG's core values and business objectives
• Knowledge of and passion for WMG's diverse business units
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry
• Leadership experience on or off campus
