Fall 2026 WMG Emerging Talent Associate Program (Global Sync)
About the role
The Warner Music Group (WMG) is seeking talented individuals to join its Emerging Talent Associate Program (ETA) as an Emerging Talent Associate (ETA) starting this Fall. This paid internship program offers hands-on experience in the music industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic meetings
- Solve key business issues
- Offer ideas and perspectives to support WMG's global success
- Engage in developmental activities such as Professional Development Workshops, Industry Insights, and the Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age by August 31, 2026
- Located within the United States for the duration of the program
- Access to housing and transportation within the designated city
- A self-starter attitude with a genuine curiosity for our business
- Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week
Qualifications
- Professional goals that align with Warner Music Group’s core values and business objectives
- Knowledge of and passion for the different business units that make up WMG
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as effective problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry
- Leadership experience on or off campus
Benefits
Internship credit is provided for students seeking academic credit for this experience. The program offers professional development workshops, industry insights, and a capstone project. Interns will have the opportunity to work in various departments including Business & Legal Affairs, Creative Sync, and others, depending on their interests and qualifications.
Pay
The salary range is $18.42 hourly, with the actual base pay dependent on many factors such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time due to a variety of internal and external factors.
Schedule
Scheduled weekly hours vary based on department, ranging from 20 to 25 hours per week.
Placement Opportunities
Placements are available in various departments including Business & Legal Affairs, Creative Sync, and others. Clearances are required for some positions, and candidates must submit a creative portfolio for consideration.
