Responsibilities
- Research and analyze information, prepare, and present findings to supervisor and staff
- Participate in operations, human resources, program, and service delivery processes
- Manage organizational projects
- Attend accounting and development meetings
- Cookout outreach events for prospective interns, advisors, and partners
Requirements
Desired Learning Outcomes:
- Understanding U.S. and international business and cultural diversities
- Understanding non-profit administration, business development, revenue management, program management, client service delivery, and Board governance
- Understanding human resources operations including recruitment and onboarding

Pay & Schedule
PAY & SCHEDULE: $15/hour, plus $80 monthly parking stipend
Position Hours: Hybrid work possible, based on project needs and availability
Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
Fall and Spring Terms: Average of 20 hours per week
Summer Term: Average of 30 hours per week
