About the role
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources management, focusing on organization and planning of leadership programs, content creation, and supporting talent management processes.
Responsibilities
- Organize and plan leadership programs throughout the region.
- Create and plan regional meetings, workshops, and projects.
- Prepare market research presentations and trend reports.
- Support talent management processes.
- Assist in change management and implementation of new learning management systems and talent management processes.
- Provide regional support in using data analytics for HR information.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- US Work Authorization required.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall).
- Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
- Able to work part-time (25-29 hours/week).
Qualifications
- Field of Study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology.
- Business fluent English.
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Passionate about HR methods.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Skills
- Fluent in German or Spanish (optional).
- Previous experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (optional).

Pay
Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role that requires in-office days. The internship runs from September 8, 2026, to December 11, 2026.
