About the role

This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources management, focusing on organization and planning of leadership programs, content creation, and supporting talent management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and plan leadership programs throughout the region.
  • Create and plan regional meetings, workshops, and projects.
  • Prepare market research presentations and trend reports.
  • Support talent management processes.
  • Assist in change management and implementation of new learning management systems and talent management processes.
  • Provide regional support in using data analytics for HR information.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • US Work Authorization required.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall).
  • Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
  • Able to work part-time (25-29 hours/week).

Qualifications

  • Field of Study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology.
  • Business fluent English.
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about HR methods.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Skills

  • Fluent in German or Spanish (optional).
  • Previous experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (optional).

Pay

Undergraduate students: Hourly rate is $25.30.
Graduate students: Hourly rate is $32.20.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office days. The internship runs from September 8, 2026, to December 11, 2026.
