About the role

The High School Co-Ed Soccer Head Coach will be responsible for leading the soccer program at DREAM Charter High School. This position is part-time and seasonal, focusing on the school year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive soccer training program for students
• Manage team logistics including scheduling practices and games
• Work closely with the school administration to ensure compliance with all regulations
• Encourage and promote positive behavior among players and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
