Soccer Coach - Fall 2026

About the Role

Wellan Montessori School is seeking soccer coaches for the Fall 2026 season. Positions start the week of September 14th and conclude on or around November 19th, subject to season scheduling needs. Coaches will work with students in grades 4 - 8, leading weekly practices and traveling to games at local schools.

This position provides a stipend starting at $2,000 for the season.

Responsibilities

• Coach weekly soccer practices for students in grades 4 - 8.
• Travel to and coach games at local schools.
• Positively motivate and coach young athletes.
• Collaborate with other educators to create an environment where students learn, socialize, explore, and grow together.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience coaching young athletes (strongly preferred).
• Active driver's license.
• Experience working with students in grades 4 - 8 (preferred).
• Letter of interest/cover letter, resume, and at least two references required for consideration.

Schedule

Must be available to work the following hours for the duration of the season:

• Practices: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:00pm - 4:30pm.
• Games: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:30pm - 6:00pm.

Pay

Stipend starting at $2,000 for the season.
