About the role

Supports the Middle School Co-Ed Soccer program at New York, NY - Multi-Site. Part-time and seasonal positions are available during the school year and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and running soccer practices and games
• Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement training programs
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all players
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding player progress and team activities

Requirements

• Experience coaching soccer at the middle school level
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with children
• Knowledge of youth sports development principles

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using technology for scheduling and communication
